Right now, this project is undergoing in testing phase and East west corridor is likely to be executed from March 2015. Eventually property rates increased in expected areas once the Metro starts running.
Bus Rapid Transit Service (BRTS):
In the next upcoming year Jaipur BRTS has been anticipated to serve city’s growing traffic needs. Two corridors have been proposed in phase: East-West Corridor” from Delhi Road to Ajmer Road and a North-South Corridor ” from Tonk Road to Sikar Road. In third phase 97.75 km road will link Delhi Road, Sikar Road and Agra road. It may comprises with 6 lane access precisely connect with a 3 lane service road on both sides. Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC):
